Found that when Italian Purchase VAT register report is run observed that fields namely "Taxable recoverable" and "Taxable non recoverable" are displaying
with amounts as '0'.
These fields used to display the values on lower instances i.e. R12.1.X.
And most specifically this issue is observed only after upgrading to R12.2.X.
Steps to replicate
--------------------
1. Run Italian Purchase VAT register report on R12.2.X
2. Found that few fields namely "Taxable recoverable" and "Taxable non recoverable" are displaying amounts with value as zero.
Expected Behavior
--------------------
Expectation is such that there is a tax obligation to consider these fields to be displayed.
And most importantly these were displaying values on R12.1.X , pre-upgrade environment.
