Change Request FYI Notifications Displays Null Values in the Item Column

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1  Supplier raises the PO(purchase Order) change Request
2  Planner getting Action notification (Approve / Reject)
3  Buyer getting FYI notification
4  Planner Approves or Reject the Supplier PO Change Request
5 Supplier receives the PO Change Request Response FYI notification from Planner that was Approved or Rejected  

   The Item number is not displayed in the Supplier FYI notification email body message (in both Inbox mailer and from Worklist)

Also, can be reproduced with the steps:

1. Create a PO with item Item 1
2. Standard Purchase Order 9999 has been submitted for approval.
3. Log as the supplier
4. Acknowledge
5. Change line qty from X to Z
6. Change Request for Purchase Order 9999 has been submitted for approval.
7. Log as the buyer
8. Check notification
    The Item number is not displayed in the notification.
