Personalized View In Self Service Web Apps Budget Screen Not Showing The Columns Options

Symptoms
On the Edit Budget screen (FpEditPlanPG), the column options do no display all options when using a personalized view.
Reproduce By Steps
1. Query project in Self Service Web Apps using Search Project
2. Navigate to Financial tab
3. Select Approved Cost Plan Type
4. Click on Edit/Cost - select GO
If the view is seeded, the three dots on the green cross near Add Tasks and Resource display these options:
Refresh
Detach
Columns
Advanced Sort
Freeze
Refresh
When the view is changed to a personalized view, the three dots on the green cross near Add Tasks and Resource display only:

Detach
Advanced Sort
