Print CLM Requisition Amendments Report Not Working (Doc ID 2817268.1)

Symptoms

On Release: 12.2.9 version, Solicitation / Reports

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When attempting to print the "Print CLM Requisitions Amendments Report" for a selected Amendment Number range ->>
only the last Report in the range is printed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Users would expect all the reports within a given range be printed as selected.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Can the issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign on to Application
2. Select Responsibility:  CLM iProcurement
3. Navigation: Reports ->> Click: Schedule Request ->>
4. Schedule Request: Define ->> Click: New Request ->>
5. Select Program Name: Print CLM Requisitions Amendments Report ->>
6. Select Operating Unit:  USA
7. Enter Parameters ->>
  Amendment Number From: XXXXXXXXXX-XXX
  Amendment Number To: XXXXXXXXXX-XXX
8. Click: Submit ->>
9. The report output shows only one records and that is the last record.
  It should show all records from and to that is entered in parameters.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot print Reports within a selected range of reports.
