Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Setup of orgs, subs, locators
 
Unable to Copy Inventory Organization, Program "Copy Inventory Organization" is erroring out with error message "INV_SETUP_NO_DATA_FOUND".

oracle.apps.jtf.base.resources.FrameworkException: Error in IAS Cache: oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Application: INV, Message Name: INV_SETUP_NO_DATA_FOUND. Tokens: ATTR_VALUE = OrganizationCode = 'XXX';
