ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The entered parameter values on "Transaction Interface loader" could not be found resulting to error message "Parameter End date is not within an open acc period".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The parameter values entered on "Transaction Interface loader" should be used when executing the request.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Login with responsibility: Oracle Incentive Compensation  User
2.Navigate to Compensation Periods
Observe Periods are  Open.
3. Go to Load Transactions
4. Schedule Request: Review
Concurrent Program Name: Transaction Interface Loader
Parameters:
Salesperson: null
Start Date: null
End Date: null
Perform Classification / Rollup: null
Org Id: null
5. Request Logs show error: Parameter End Date is not within an open acc period
