On : 12.2.8 version, Transactions
When attempting to complete a WIP job through interfacing,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

CSTPACMS:validate_snap_interface 30 : OPERATION_SEQ_NUM in CST_COMP_SNAP_INTERFACE is missing or incorrect."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. created a WIP job.
2. Done with move transaction.
3. Complete job through interfacing. Error
