Symptoms

When Open life event is processed for 2022, communicated values are calculated based on 25 pay periods instead of 24.

Steps to reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Responsibility: US Super HRMS Manager

Navigate: People > Benefits Service Center

1. Query an employee
2. Process Open for 01-Jan-2022
3. Navigate to Non Flex Enrollment form
4. Expand the LOV to check the electable choice
5. Notice that the communicated values are calculated based on 25 pay periods instead of 24.
