When using SSO with Web Applications Desktop Integrator (WEBADI), template can only be used during the same session.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. After downloading a template and entering transactions if session becomes inactive before upload, error is encountered.

2. User must download a template and upload transactions within that same oracle session or it becomes unusable after integrating with SSO.
