IE11: iRec Pages Not Loaded Properly After Recruiter Apply For Job On Behalf Of Candidate (Loading... message remains visible)

When using Internet Explorer 11 browser version, a recruiter is applying for a job on behalf of a candidate, after completing the application steps,
whenever they are navigating to any other page system is showing "Loading..." message on multiple page areas. Also, system response becomes slower.
The issue is not encountered with other browsers.
Expect the system to respond immediately and all page information to be displayed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Using IE11 browser, Navigate to iRecruitment Recruiter responsibility or similar
2) Search for a Candidate
3) Click on the "Apply for job" icon and complete the job application
4) Try to use any other functionality like Create an offer, Application tab.
It is observed system is responding very slow and the "Loading..." icon is being displayed.
