Symptoms

When GMS: Interface Invoices to Receivables is run, it fails with the error:  'There is no Project Manager available for this Award Project'

Changing anything relating to personnel on the Award Form results in the form error message: GMS_PROJ_MANAGER_NOT_FOUND_1
