Approvers are Unable to Update the Address Information of Contingent Workers from Self Service Human Resources (SSHR) (Doc ID 2820192.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When an approver tries to update the Address Information of a New Contingent Worker record sent to them for Approval, if they selects a City that has a range of ZIp Codes, after entering the ZIP code manually within that range, the address reverts to original value and a page refresh occurs.

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: Manager Self- Service

2. Function: Contingent Worker

3. Add in details and submit for approval

4. Next manager signs in and sees notification for approval

5. Click on Update Action

6. Approver navigates to Address Change page

7. Change the zip code to be another value in the range of valid zip codes

8. Tabs out of the zip code field and the application reverts it back to the original zip code
