Symptoms

The "PRC: Distribute Usage and Miscellaneous Costs" process creates a huge log file causing memory issues even though the profile option "PA: Debug Mode" is NOT enabled.


Reproducible Steps

From a Projects responsibility:
1. Navigate to: Submit >> Request
2. Select the "PRC: Distribute Usage and Miscellaneous Costs" process.
3. Enter appropriate parameter values and click Submit.
