On : 12.2.9 version,

When attempting to change PO by split,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The shipment price (Value = .324) must be equal to the line price (Value = 1.136) on standard purchase orders.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to iSupplier and search for a particular PO.
2. Select the PO and click on the Request Changes button.
3. From the PO Details page, click on the Split icon of a particular shipment.
4. Make the change in the quantity and submit.
