There is a requirement to limit the access of users to create and View projects and expenditures for projects to a particular Project Task Owning Organization. When trying to setup the Security profile by Project owning organization, access was restricted to the projects, however while entering the expenditure transactions the user is able to choose a project that belongs to another project owning organization and create the Expenditures. Is there a way to restrict the access to one Project owning organization on the Expenditure transactions entry screen/web ADI.
