Work confirmations created for complex Purchase order getting stuck in 'Approved' status.

ERROR :

Receiving transaction processor program complete with error:

RVTBM-008: Subroutine rvtbm_immediate_mngr() returned error

RVTBM-120: Subroutine rvtptcontrol() returned error

STEPS :

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Create and Approve work confirmation for PO
"Receiving Transaction Processor" will run automatically and goes in error
Noticed that work confirmation created for complex Purchase order stuck in 'Approved' status
Navigate to Inventory --> Receipts --> Transaction Status Summary and can see the record stuck in error
