Executing Change Request The LAST_UPDATE_DATE on Requisition Line Table Is Not Updated (Doc ID 2823588.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The LAST_UPDATE_DATE on requisition line table is not
updated even though the date is updated on the requisition header table when
doing change request.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the LAST_UPDATE_DATE to be updated when the change request is processed in the po_requisition_lines_all table.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Requisition and generate the Purchase Order (PO)
2. Change quantity
    Your change request(s) for Requisition XXXXX have been submitted for processing. View status of the change request(s) from the Requisition Status page.
3. Run the queries:

3.1.

   last_update_date
       16-SEP-21

3.3.  PO Lines has the last_update_date as 20-SEP-21
