On : 12.2.6 version, Enterprise Command Center
When attempting to trying to view the Material Details tab of the Stores Materials Dashboard, the following error occurs.

400 Bad Request {"title":"Error from server at http://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/core_ecc/inv-onhand:SolrCloud join: No active replicas
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Enterprise Asset Management.
2. Navigation: Work Orders > Close Work Orders.
3. Select Unclose Work Orders from Tools menu.
4. Unable to unclose Work Order.
