Goal

User needs access to multiple secondary ledgers with profile "SLA: Additional Data Access Set". Users also have requirement to configure secondary ledgers at subledger level for around some primary ledgers where COA is different between primary and secondary ledgers.

When users create few AP invoices and try to run 'CREATE ACCOUNTING' program to import the same into primary as well as secondary ledger, both these programs end into error.

Set the profile option SLA: additional data access set and input the secondary ledgers ledger set name as value.

Create accounting program will work fine and will also import the journals to GL.

Every time setting the profile option SLA: additional data access set at responsibility level is not feasible.
