SAM Supplier/Vendor Eligibility Check is not Returning with Requested Information (Doc ID 2825984.1)

Symptoms

There is no response returning form SAM for Verify Vendor Eligibility check and this could be related to the integration of beta.sam.gov and sam.gov in the last few  days



Stepsto Reproduce the Issue


  1. Login to a CLM Responsibility 
  2. Go to BWC - Awards tab
  3. Query an Award
  4. Click on the Pulldown and select Vendor Eligibility
  5. At this point - system hangs and nothing comes back to update the eligibility
