SUPPLIER_NOTIF_METHOD Is Not Populated In PO_HEADERS_ALL (Doc ID 2826535.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
SUPPLIER_NOTIF_METHOD is getting updated as Null in PO_HEADERS_ALL table , even when Email address is populated on the Purchase Order (PO).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Both EMAIL_ADDRESS and SUPPLIER_NOTIF_METHOD are expected to get populated, when the PO is created with Email address as the notification method.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.  Navigate to Purchasing responsibility.
2.  Create a PO with supplier who is having Email as the supplier notification method.
3.  Approve the PO and check the value in SUPPLIER_NOTIF_METHOD column in PO_HEADERS_ALL table, which is NULL.
