Symptoms
Problem Statement:
When attempting to update employee phone numbers, the following error occurs.

ORA-20002: 3825: Error '-6550 - ORA-06550: line 1, column 14: PLS-00201: identifier 'CUSTOM' must be declared ORA-06550: line 1, column 7: PL/SQL: Statement ignored' encountered during execution of Rule function 'Custom' for event 'oracle.apps.per.api.phone.update_phone' with key '22929'.

2. People > Enter and Maintain > Query Employee
