When attempting to add rows on One Step Material Issue page, the following error occurs.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility = Maintenance Super User.
2. Click on Stores tab.
3. Click on One Step Material Issue subtab.
4. Query work order.
5. Click on '+' sign to add rows.
6. Receive the above error.
