Getting NullPointerException Error When Trying To Add Rows To One Step Material Issue Page (Doc ID 2827949.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to add rows on One Step Material Issue page, the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility = Maintenance Super User.
2. Click on Stores tab.
3. Click on One Step Material Issue subtab.
4. Query work order.
5. Click on '+' sign to add rows.
6. Receive the above error.
