Punchout to A Specific Supplier Is Bringing An Empty Cart To iProcurement (Doc ID 2828819.1)

Symptoms



Punchout to a specific supplier, the selected item is not transferred from the supplier site to the iProcurement shopping cart which remains empty. It shows in the shopping cart:

ERROR

No results found

This is happening with browsers:  Microsoft Edge, Internet explorer and Chrome.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to iProcurement responsibility
2. Go to Shop > Stores > Click on supplier Punchout link
3. Supplier catalog page opens
4. Shop and add item to cart
5. Click checkout and submit order
6. After Submitting the order from supplier site, item is not coming to iProcurement shopping cart
    Shopping cart shows "No results found"
