In iProcurement in a Descriptive Flexfield Field (From an Information Template), Unable To View The Entire List Of Values Per the Value Set (Doc ID 2829123.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 06, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle iProcurement - Version 12.2.5 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Required field (this is a descriptive flexfield that has been personalized to show on the page) while creating Requisitions does not show all values in the list

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Navigation: Open iProcurement responsibility after logging into Oracle E-business Suite

1) Choose Store in question and the descriptive flex field field in question, click the LOV icon and while scrolling through list it won't show any past the one starting with letter S.   There are additional entries that are not displaying.

2) The Store is tied to an Information Template (smart form) which has a Value Set that was populated with the records via Data Loader

3) The value set for this Store (information template) has 1700 records which is larger than they have ever used before.   Previous Stores loaded the same way via data loader have 500-600 and users can always see which item to choose from the LOV.

It seems there may be some type of display limit issue
