Symptoms

1) Attempting to select the Performance Obligation option under the Project Structure page, but receive an unexpected error.

4) Replication Steps

a. Login to the Self Service Projects responsibility. > Projects: Delivery > Search Projects (or navigate to Project List or Project Sets to find and open the project). Enter and open the problem project.
b. > Project tab > Setup subtab.
c. In the Project Setup page, click the Structures link under the Other Project Setup section.
d. In the Structures page, click the Performance Obligation box under the Enable section. Error occurs.
