Error: "GLMRC010: Daily conversion rate does not exists for STAT to USD" When Running Reverse Journal Program for Primary Ledger. (Doc ID 2829620.1)

Symptoms

Recently added a $USD reporting currency ledger to the $CAD Primary Ledger in PROD.

the first time we reversed journals using the reverse journal program the program ends in error with the following message:

GLMRC010: Daily conversion rate does not exists for STAT to USD

SHRD0014: GLPREV- process exiting with failure


Steps To reproduce: 
-------------------------
1. Create Primary ledger
2. Create STAT journal for primary.
3.Post the Journal.
4.Create Reporting currency
5.Create STAT journal for reporting currency.
6.Post the Journal.
7.Run the "Reverse Journal Program"
