Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Have a requirement to be able to do manual item substitution on a booked order.
The reason is that we may not have inventory available for one item and want
to substitute for another one.
OBSERVATION

Customer does not have GOP or ASCP fully installed in Release 12.2.7.
Users are expecting the same functionality in Release 12.2.9 as
documented in <Note 2140888.1>

STEPS

1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Order Organizer > Sales Order
3. Enter Required Header Information
4. Enter Required Line Information
5. Book the order
6. Insufficient quality available for item
7. Looking for options to substitute one item for another item
