BPA BSO Local Java API Invocation Not Creating/Updating Line Locations Attribute_Category (Doc ID 2830280.1)

In Oracle Purchasing, when using BPA BSO Java API, ATTRIBUTE_CATEGORY in po_line_locations_all is not getting populated.

Steps:

1. Create a BPA using BSO and provide Shipment Attribute_category during creation of BPA.

2.Observe BPA will be created but is missing the Shipment Attribute_category value.
