Symptoms
When trying to apply absence from Mobile Applications, following error appears

Data PER_SEX not found at line 446 of BG_ABSENCE_DURATION
Cause: A SQL SELECT statement, obtained from the application dictionary, returned no rows when executed.
Action: Please refer to your local support representative
STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login using SSHR App (Self-Service Human Resources for EBS) in Mobile Applications.
2. Choose the "Employee Self-Service" responsibility.
3. Choose Absences.
4. Enter the details and click Save.
5. Encounter the above error.
