On : 12.2.8 version, LCM Integration
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Non Revocable Tax not included in Item cost
1- User Created PO with amount 100 for item code XXX
2- Create LCM For this item by agency fees factor 100
3- Create AP invoice with 100 (87.72+12.28) with Non recoverable tax.
4-Item cost get only the freight without tax.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The item should get this tax also.

Due to this issue, users cannot have correct cost for items.
