Symptoms
A freight charge modifier is setup to apply automatically against a sales order upon entering the order lines.
The freight charge modifier is setup to charge a specified amount times the ordered quantity.
However, whenever the shipped quantity is not equal to the original order quantity, the freight charge is not correct.
The value of the profile option OM Undershipment and Overshipment set to 100% tolerance.
So whenever an order is undershipped or overshipped at time of ship confirm, the remaining quantity is not shipped or split.
