Primary UOM Allowed To Be Changed Following EGO Spreadsheet Concurrent Completes (Doc ID 2830688.1)

Symptoms

On :  12.2.9 version, Oracle Items

 Primary UOM is allowed to be changed if the item has been transacted previously.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inventory > Items > Master Items > Enter Item and UOM that is to be changed from previous value.

2. Find Item where EGO Spreadsheet concurrent has previously been run against it and see that UOM is allowed to be changed which is incorrect behavior
