Symptoms

Issue:

Unable to publish workplan for one project.

When publishing the workplan for a specific project, it takes a long time and shows page is processing. After taking more than 5 minutes, shows page error "Can't reach page". The session timed out.

Reproduction Steps:

1- Go to Project Delivery > Search Projects.
2- Enter Project Number and click Go.
3- Click Project Number.
4- Go to Workplan tab.
5- Select Update Current Working Version and click Go.
6- Click Review and Publish Workplan.
