Contract Lifecycle Management ORCA Certification Call Gets Error "504 GATEWAY TIME OUT" (Doc ID 2830889.1)

Symptoms

When trying to get ORCA Certification details there is no response and a time-out error occurs:

504 GATEWAY TIME OUT




Steps to Reproduce the Issue

  1. Login to a CLM Responsibility and Access the AWARDs screen
  2. Query an existing/test Award
  3. Select the Award and in the pulldown Actions menu select "View Orca Details" and click GO button
  4. On the next screen click "EXTRACT ORCA INFORMATION"
  5. On the next screen click "GET CERTFICATION DETAILS""


             two minutes elapse then the "504 GATEWAY TIME OUT" error occurs
