Symptoms
When attempting to confirm a payment process request the following error occurs intermittently.
ORA-20001: APP-FND-02938: Multi-organization routine failed to initialize a session for the product
Steps to cause the error:
a) Go to a different responsibility
b) Switch to the Payables responsibility
c) Go to Payments -> Entry -> Payment Manager
d) Pull up the Payment Process Request that need to be confirmed
e) Click on Go to Task
f) Click to confirm the Payment Process Request
g) This will submit the confirmation process, this concurrent request will error
