Opening Purchase Order Approval Notification From HomePage Worklist Fails With "The Document Does Not Exists" (Doc ID 2831260.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version, Approvals - Req, PO

When opening purchase order approval notification from homepage workflow list, the notification shows after the message below:

Warning:
   The document does not exist.


Steps to reproduce:
1. User logs into the applications
2. Global worklist shows several notifications.
3. User clicks on one with subject "Standard Purchase Order 12345,0 for 10,500.00 USD requires your approval."
4. Warning shows followed by the notification content
