ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

TRX_NUMBER And TAX_INVOICE_NUMBER Columns In JAI_TAX_DET_FACTORS and JAI_TAX_LINES Tables Are visible as Junk Characters '~$~$$$'
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After the Autoinvoice completes, the TRX_NUMBER And TAX_INVOICE_NUMBER in JAI_TAX_DET_FACTORS and JAI_TAX_LINES table should be updated to the actual numbers instead of staying as '~$~$$$'
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to India Local Order management responsibility > Orders
2. Create and order and add taxes from tools > India tax details
3. Book the order
4. Navigate to Shipping transactions and pick release the order line
5. Navigate to Shipping transactions and query the order. Navigate to Delivery Tax and ship confirm the delivery
6. Run Background workflow process and Autoinvoice Import program
7. After the Autoinvoice completes, check the TRX_NUMBER And DOCUMENT_NUMBER Columns In JAI_TAX_DET_FACTORS and JAI_TAX_LINES Tables.
