Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, CLAIMS

While submitting claim for approval, User is receiving error message. 


ERROR

Error: Invalid GL date. GL date does not fall into an open period.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Trade Management User > Claims
2. Select claim, submit for approval
3. Error: Invalid GL date. GL date does not fall into an open period.
