Financial Statement Generator (FSG)
Symptoms
The Application is opened using the Internet Explorer browser. Login is performed for this purpose.
An FSG report is opened and Drilldown is attempted. The expectation is the Drilldown will continue in Internet Explorer, however since the default browser in the system is Chrome, FSG Drilldown continues with Chrome and opens a new Login page, asking for credentials.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Log in an open the Application using Internet Explorer browser
2. Use General Ledger or Report Manager responsibility
3. Publish an FSG report
4. Open using Internet Explorer (IE)
5. Drilldown points to Chrome browser (default browser) - and asks for user credentials once again
Note: Chrome is used as an example for this case; other browsers may reproduce the issue just the same.
