The PAICGEN PRC: Generate Intercompany Invoices for a Range of Projects fails with following error:



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. use a Project Billing responsibility > go to View > Requests
2. submit concurrent request PRC: Generate Intercompany Invoices for a Range of Projects
