Cannot See Layout Templates Region When Accessing the Publisher Catalog from the Template Builder in Oracle Analytics Publisher Desktop 5.5.0 (Doc ID 2833349.1)

On : 5.5.0 version, Designing Layout Templates

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When accessing the publisher catalog by online mode using Template Builder for Excel/Word, "Open Template" window opens.
But, there is not "Layout Templates" region in the window.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
There is a "Layout Templates" region in "Open Template" window as follows.

       - Use the Template Builder for Excel

STEPS
In case of Template Builder for Excel, you can reproduce by the following steps.

  1. In Excel, on the Publisher tab in the Online group, click Log On.

   

  2. In the Login dialog, enter your Publisher username, password, and the URL. Publisher URL format: http://www.<host>:<port>/xmlpserver.

  3. "Open Template" window will open.
