General Ledger Key Accounting Flexfield Compile Errors APP-FND-00668 APP-FND-00926 After Upgrade (Doc ID 2833969.1)

FDFCMPA: Compile All Flexfields



Symptoms

After upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10 Key flexfields are erroring when attempting to be compiled using the Compile All Flexfields program.

The following errors are seen on General Ledger (GL) Key Accounting flexfield structures that are defined (This same error can be seen for other non GL Structures as well, issue may not specific to GL structures):
APP-FND-00668: The data that defines the flexfield on this field may be inconsistent. Inform your system administrator that the function: FDFRKS could not find the structure definition for the flexfield specified by Application = &APPL, Code = GL# and Structure number = ##### (APPID=101)
APP-FND-00926: FDFBKS: Compiler found data integrity problem with segment attribute data

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE
---------------------------------------
1) Using the System Administrator Responsibility.
2) Navigate to Requests -> Run.
3) Query program - Compile All Flexfields (FDFCMPA: Compile All Flexfields)
4) Submit the program.
5) Using View -> requests, View output and see the errors being reported in the log.

 

Due to this issue cannot compile the GL Key accounting Flexfield structures.

The following query returns no records and should have records:

 

Changes

 Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2 and the issue is being seen in the 12.2 instance.
