Symptoms

 When attempting to find or query for a cleared receipt in Cash Management in order to reconcile, the receipt is not available.

Responsibility: Cash Management
Navigation: Available Transactions > Enter Bank Account > Receipts Tab

Not able to see the receipt.
As well, this receipts does not show in the Bank Statements and Reconciliation.
