On : 12.2.5 version, MICC Transfer to TSC

Error while updating resource

ERROR

APP-JTF-210283: Salesperson number 03610698 is already assigned. Please chose another number

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to CRM Resource Manager (R) -> Resources -> Maintain Resources.
2. Query for the resource and proceed with end date of Salesperson under Receivables(T).
3. Try to create another record under same Operating unit to received error stated.

What is the cause of the issue and purpose of End date field?
