Customer Level Broken Promise Node is not Showing in the UWQ in 12.2.10 (Doc ID 2835631.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to 12.2.10, the 'Broken Promises: Customer' node is not showing in the UWQ.  The node showed correctly in previous versions.


The profile option 'IEU: Queue: Customer View Promises' is set to Yes.


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Collections Agent
Navigation
: Collectors Work Queue

  1. Set the profile option 'IEU: Queue: Customer View Promises' = Yes
  2. Open the Collectors Work Queue (UWQ)
  3. Note that the 'Broken Promises: Customer' node is not showing despite the profile option setting
