Error - The OZF_ENDECA_CLAIM_REDIRECT Function Not Available Under The Accounts Receivable Deductions and Settlement Responsibility (Doc ID 2835689.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, 

User is trying to access the Claim Mass Update page, but is receiving the following error.

Error - The OZF_ENDECA_CLAIM_REDIRECT function not available under the responsibility.  
 
This is encountered only after 12.2.9 upgrade.

The OZF_ENDECA_CLAM_REDIRECT function is not available under the accounts receivables , deductions and settlements responsibility


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Accounts Receivable Deductions and Settlement responsibility
2. Click on Claims > select 2 claims and click on mass update.
3. Receive error 'The OZF_ENDECA_CLAM_REDIRECT function is not available under the accounts receivables , deductions and settlements responsibility'

Changes

 The issue is caused by upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.9 version.
