On : Oracle BI Publisher 11.1.1.6.0 version.

PDF merge fails with the following error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create batch file for pdf merge.
2. Run the batch file to merge the pdf files. Above mentioned error occurs.
