Symptoms
In upgraded instance from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10, unable to add new lines to Global Blanket Purchase Agreements (GBPA) having 1000+ lines
When press on 'Add Rows' button no action happens and 'Time out error' occurs.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to Buyer Work Center > Agreements.
2. Query GBPA having 1000+ lines.
3. Navigate to Lines.
4. Try to update or Add new Lines.
5. Unable to add new lines or update new lines and completes with time out error.
