Symptoms

While running the Benefits ACA Archive Process, seeing the following error


Error:
ORA-12899: value too large for column "BEN"."BEN_REP_ARCHIVE".BEN_ATTRIBUTE17 (Actual: 179, maximum: 150).


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to US Super HRMS Manager > Processes and Reports > Submit
2. Submit process: Benefits ACA Archive Process
3. Review log - see above error
